Hi, I'm Nick Marek!
Since 2009, I have developed a keen interest in photography. While I have always held a deep appreciation for art, photography provides a unique medium through which I can establish meaningful connections with my audience. When words prove insufficient, images possess the power to convey both our aspirations and the complexities of reality.
I currently reside in downtown Denver, Colorado, having originally come from Oklahoma. I take great pleasure in traveling the world alongside my partner and our dog. Now in my 30s, I have come to the realization that my fundamental needs are food, shelter, and companionship; all other aspects of life are merely supplementary. I endeavor to embrace each moment and maintain a balanced perspective, avoiding an overly serious approach to life.
Going Forward
I've had the pleasure of exploring various landscapes throughout my life, and in the process, I discovered my love for painting and music before eventually falling in love with photography. I’ve kept these passions alive while also diving into new adventures such as cooking, mixology, and experiencing different cultures through travel. There’s nothing quite like enjoying delicious food and good company!
Photography will always hold a special place in my heart, and I dream of one day owning my own studio. In that space, I would love to mentor aspiring photographers, create exciting projects that blend different art forms, and connect with both local businesses and art communities. I’m truly looking forward to the opportunities the future holds as I continue to grow both personally and professionally!

All edited images are made available in a personal gallery for convenient downloading. Each session includes a digital release for permissible third-party use. Please note that all copyright remains with Nick Marek Photography.
DURING THE SESSION
having a wonderful time exploring the location and capturing every smile along the way. I will guide you on how to pose at every step. It's a good idea to bring a bag to hold everything you need to set yourself up for success!
CANCELLATIONS
Most photoshoots require payment to be made on the day of the session. If you need to cancel and have paid in advance, a full or partial refund will be processed. While unforeseen circumstances can arise, I am always happy to reschedule for a more convenient date.
AFTER THE SHOOT
All my photos are instantly backed up and imported into Lightroom, where the editing process begins, taking 2 to 4 weeks to achieve perfection.
TRAVEL
Most photoshoots are conducted in downtown Denver. Should transportation be required for a location situated at a greater distance, a travel fee will be applied to your total session fee.
